It is hard to find a good place where you can invest your money, banks pay terrible interest rates and it is difficult to mitigate the risk of the stock market due to its volatility. Most people know that real estate is a great investment but do not want to deal with the hassle that comes with it. At GCV Creative Investments LLC, we help people passively invest their money into apartment buildings, where they can own real estate but they do not have to deal with the day to day operations, giving them consistent returns on their investment money by choosing apartments where we can add value and improve cash flow.

Glenda Viloria

Managing Partner

Glenda D. Viloria specializes in acquisitions for Multifamily real estate investments. She has experience in Rehab Loan and 1031 Exchange Construction Loan, she concentrates on buying and selling properties that have value add. She has the know-how to add value through working experience with construction/architecture for 7 years and electrical engineering firms for 15 years, she directly works with the President and CPA which makes her valuable to the team. She’s detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, time efficient, a problem solver, transparent, team leader, and easy to work with. She also has experience handling all the transactions and record keeping for 2 multifamily investment properties for 7 years.

Christopher Viloria

Managing Partner

Aloha! My name is Christopher Viloria and I am the marketing director at GCV Creative Investments. I am responsible for conducting research on upcoming emerging markets, finding places that have potential growth especially in both the labor force and capitalization rates. I am very detail oriented in my work, responsive, and I’m always willing to learn and stay consistent so I can mitigate the risks in order to help provide security and value in your investments.

On the other hand, I always love connecting with many new faces, reading inspiring books, and I love all kinds of music from hip hop, jazz, soul, funk, ambient electronic, rock, and etc. I am also an independent hip hop producer in my own independent record label and have been recently selling and promoting my debut instrumental album that has been pressed on vinyl.
